It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Annual Conference of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry India (ACDI) in beautiful Bengaluru. Our academy was established with the mission to promote high-quality dental education, emphasizing comprehensive care and elevating the standards of dental practice in our community.

As the President of ACDI, I am proud to uphold the core values of our parent body, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), particularly our commitment to responsible aesthetics. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations till 30th June 2026 is 100% REFUNDABLE minus the nominal banking charges. Refunds will be processed only in July 2026.
  • Cancellations till 30th September 2026 - 50% of the registration fees deductable. Refunds will be processed only in October 2026.
  • Cancellations from 1st October 2026 – No refund

Poster Presentation Guidelines for Students and Delegates

ACDI Conference 2026

Eligibility

  • 1. The presenting author must be a registered delegate of ACDI Conference 2026.
  • 2. Only original, unpublished work should be submitted.
  • 3. The work must not have been previously presented at State, National, or International conferences.
  • 4. The official language for submission and presentation is English.
  • 5. A maximum of two presenters are allowed per poster.

Categories

  • 6. Original Research and Clinical Case Reports related to esthetic and restorative dentistry are eligible for competitive presentation.
  • 7. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or reclassify submissions.

Abstract Submission

  • 8. Abstracts must be submitted through the official ACDI conference portal before the announced deadline.
  • 9. The abstract should not exceed 200 words and the last date for submission is 30th September 2026
  • 10. Once submitted, abstracts cannot be modified or replaced.
  • 11. Authors are requested to submit their abstracts to acdibengaluru2026@gmail.comon or before 30th September 2026.

Poster Preparation

  • 12. Posters should be prepared as a single-slide electronic poster (E-poster)
  • 13. File format must be Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx).
  • 14. Maximum file size: 25 MB.
  • 15. Poster orientation must be Landscape (16:9).
  • 16. Animations, audio, and video effects are not permitted.

Blinding Requirements

  • 17. Names of institutions, guides, mentors, or identifying logos must not appear on the poster.
  • 18. Any identifying information may lead to disqualification.

Presentation Format

  • 19. Presentation time: Maximum 3 minutes.
  • 20. Discussion and questions: Maximum 2 minutes.
  • 21. Presenters must be available during their allotted session.

General Rules

  • 22. Submission of a poster implies acceptance of all conference rules.
  • 23. The decision of the Scientific Committee and Judges shall be final and binding.
  • 24. Any form of plagiarism or ethical misconduct will result in disqualification.

NOTE:

  1. Poster Presentation for Students will be online followed by the final round which would be offline.
  2. For Delegates, it will be offline presentations only

In house accommodation at Sheraton Grand Brigade Gateway at special price for double / single occupancy is ₹15,000/- per night, exclusive only for Delegates of 10th ACDI Conference.
